Canada Blooms: Canada's Largest Flower and Garden Festival is co-locating with the National Home Show, Toronto's Largest Home Show to create North America's Largest Home & Garden Event!

Canada Blooms celebrates the 41st Anniversary of the JUNO Awards with the "JUNO Rocks" Gardens

As part of our tribute, Canada Blooms, CARAS, Landscape Artists and JUNO-nominated artists created the "JUNO Rocks" Gardens. This year's featured artists are Feist, Jann Arden, Keshia Chanté, Royal Wood and Sarah Slean.

Don't miss a special performance by Royal Wood on City Culture Evening, March 20th at 7:30pm.

Parks Canada Playscape

Bienenstock and Parks Canada are bringing an even bigger and better natural playground to Canada Blooms. Play and learn in this innovative,Playscape Layout fully accessible natural park created from the hills, forest and bedrock of Ontario’s national parks. Features include a misting forest, two trout ponds, a waterfall, a climbing wall, giant sandbox, massive ancient logs, a sideways tree to climb, a hill slide, outdoor musical instruments, an amphitheatre, and an arts and crafts area. 
Join us in the amphitheatre for live interactive video feeds from the glaciers and mountains of Canada’s national parks. Parks Canada staff will be on hand with the Canadian Wildlife Federation to show you the natural wonders that Canada has to offer.

Canada Daffodil receives honors as official flower for Canada Blooms 2012. Enthusiastic gardeners know that after a long winter, nothing is more welcoming than the sight of the yellow daffodil to mark the arrival of spring. To the Canadian Cancer Society, the daffodil is more than just a flower. It is a symbol of strength and courage, a symbol of life. It says we will fight back. It says we will beat cancer. In honor of the Society, the daffodil has been designated as the official flower for Canada Blooms 2012.
The award winning firm of Miyabi Landscape Design & Construction has been invited back to design and create The Society’s daffodil garden. As partof the fight against cancer, visitors to this inspirational garden can purchase a daffodil pin to wear during the month of April. City of Toronto: Cultivating a Green City

Visit the City of Toronto exhibit to discover practical ways to renew our homes, gardens and urban forest. Learn how you can help preserve, protect and enhance Toronto's natural environment including how to plant and care for trees, naturalize your garden, and save water, energy and more.


Garden Hall Horticultural and Design Competition
Over 12,000 sq. ft. of stunning floral creations. The competition is open to non-professional exhibitors as well as garden club members; this is a great opportunity for competitors to show off their floral design or horticulture talent, or for visitors to gain helpful hints that they can try at home after the festival.
Canada Blooms is also home to the International Competition, past entries have come from Australia, Bermuda, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, the USA and of course Canada.
If however you don't have a green thumb, Master Gardeners of Toronto will be on hand to give advice on care for house plants in the Garden Hall area.

Food, Friends and Fulfillment

Take a break while visiting Canada Blooms at the new relaxation and tasting areas. Enjoying a special tea tasting at the Twinings Tea Tasting Area, or discover wonderful wines at the Wine Sesory Garden presented by Reif Estate Winery and Mori Gardens. Special daily menus will be available in the new Cafe Soleil Galleria Restaurant and the Bistro. There will also be food court and concessions located in the National Home Show.
Visit the NEW Toronto Botanical Garden Shop where you can purchase the latest gardeing books and meet with garden authors. Visitors can also speak with the experts from Scotts Canada and receive the latest information on spring plantings.
